FitSTONES Habits for Health is a carefully crafted 12-week course that is based on scientific findings and first-hand experience. Participants learn how to put themselves at the centre of their own wellbeing journey through small, daily habit changes, rooted in the four foundational cornerstones of wellbeing: Mindset, Nutrition, Movement, and Lifestyle.

What is a Wellbeing Age Assessment

The Wellbeing Age® Assessment provides valuable insights into how employees’ lifestyle habits may be impacting their current and long-term health. It provides a snapshot assessment of your biological age. Your biological age is how old your cells are, whereas our chronological age is how long you have existed. Knowing your Wellbeing Age® enables you to better understand your own health and wellbeing.

Understanding your biological age will help you to counter the negative changes that can occur with ageing. Research has proven that tackling your health is easier when we have an easy and definitive way to track our progress.

By assessing 10 key health metrics, it goes beyond traditional health screening by revealing an employees’ Wellbeing Age®, which reflects their body’s internal health. The benefits of this assessment:

  • Provides a clear snapshot of the here and now of your employee’s health and wellbeing
  • Uncovers health issues early, reducing long-term employee absence.
  • Fosters a supportive and health conscious workplace culture
  • Reduces absenteeism as better health equates to fewer days off work.

I have really enjoyed every week of the programme. I have learned so much about all aspects of wellbeing, including hydration, nutrition, sleep and happiness. I also liked measuring the benefits of the programme through the 10S wellbeing age assessment test at both the beginning and end of the programme. My actual age is 59, my 10S wellbeing age before the programme was 53.4, at the end it was 37.9! I feel fitter, more confident, stronger, happier and more likely to try new things.
