FitSTONES Habits For Health April 25 Programme

Commencing 22 April 2025

Improve your habits for a healthy lifestyle and recalibrate your wellbeing with FitStones Habits For Health Programme.

22 April – 08 July 2025

Did you know that as well as having biological age we also have a wellbeing age. Your wellbeing age is a snapshot assessment of your biological age. It empowers you to make informed and specific decisions to kick start your health and stride towards optimal wellbeing.

FitSTONES Habits for Health is a carefully crafted 12-week course that is based on scientific findings and first-hand experience. At the start of the programme we will undertake your personalised wellbeing assessment. It is calculated by cross-referencing smoking, blood pressure, heart rate, BMI and sleep. It captures objective metrics at the time you complete the snapshot assessment. Click here to find out more about wellbeing assessments.

In the following weeks participants learn how to put themselves at the centre of their own wellbeing journey through small, daily habit changes, rooted in the four foundational cornerstones of wellbeing: Mindset, Nutrition, Movement, and Lifestyle.

Finally at the end of the programme we’ll take a new wellbeing assessment so you can see the improvements you have made and which we hope will inspire your to make long lasting changes that will improve your life.
