New MindSTONES sessions announced!

More opportunities to support men's mental health

New 8 week programme announced: 08 April – 28 May 2024

MindSTONES are about to commence a second weekly session on Tuesday evenings, initially for 8 weeks from 08 April to 28 May. The sessions, which last an hour, will consist of a themed group discussion, a soccer drill and a short non-competitive match.

The sessions are open to men aged 18+ and offer a safe, friendly space to discuss their mental wellbeing and improve their physical fitness.

Please note, spaces may be limited to ensure that all participants are able to gain maximum benefit from the time available.
