Supporting KCC's 18+ Kent Care Leavers

A hot day in Mote Park

Stones In The Community (SITC) were again asked by Kent County Council’s 18+ Kent Care Leavers Social Work Services to help with their full day events programme at Mote Park in Maidstone on Wednesday 26 June 2024. 

It was a very hot day and over 100 young people, aged 18 to 25, attended this event.  We provided some light relief to the work of the day which was to try and get these young people into University and/or Employment.  Thank you to KCC for inviting us – bring on next year
